At
Lift Safe we have a wide range of ‘standard’ square and rectangular
platforms available for our mobile work positioners (lifters).
These can be reversible to achieve extra presentation height. Nylon or stainless
lifting platforms are frequently used for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Also available are mild steel or aluminium lifter platforms, whatever your
lifting application and budget dictate! Some example common uses for our standard

squeeze and turn electric roll manipulator is perfect for
heavy duty frequent use reel handling applications.
State of the art technology makes your roll handling simple and precise. Perfect
for applications where you want to keep the core of your reel empty e.g. for
presentation to a spindle on a packing machine.

Manipulator attachments.
The
expando turn reel manipulator. The perfect solution for turning
reels through 90 degrees. Reels can be manipulated from the vertical to the
horizontal quickly and safely.
The expando turn reel handler goes into the core of the reel. The ‘boom’
of the reel manipulator then expands inside the reel core, providing a firm
grip on the reel. A safety light comes on to confirm you have a safe grip.
The operator can then lift the reel and move it back and forth between horizontal
and vertical with ease. Perfect for applications where reels come in vertically
(core facing up) on a pallet.
The legs of the lift & drive mobile reel lifter can go
under or around your pallet. Makes loading reels onto your packaging machines

Stainless
steel and mild steel custom forks available. Commonly used for reel lifting,
using this method allows a reel lift from below the reel.
This keeps the reel core empty, perfect for presenting reels to spindles on
packing machines for example. Lift Safe have supplied electric tilting, adjustable
forks for server handling module lifting and for handling all manner of bespoke
dies, casts and components.

Perfect for reel handling and roll handling. The optional turntable allows
you to rotate your reel a full 360 degrees. We can build the v-block to suit
your reel dimensions.

lift and drive prong attachment is perfect for reel handling.
The prong goes through the core of the reel and makes roll lifting a safe
and efficient process. The lifting prong/boom attachment is also popular for
applications where customers attach a sling to the prong and use it as a jib
arm.
