The Order Picker 6010 AC is designed for handling and transporting light goods up to 500 kg. 980 mm wide order picker for picking behind the driver. Fast, simple docking of 800 mm wide trolleys. Space on one side of the drive unit for accessories such as ladders, side compartments and refuse basket. A unique docking system allows easy connection and disconnection of load carriers and allows several different load carrier types to be used with the same order picker. The trolleys are available in several lengths and designs, and are easy to customise.
Application areas
Light weight and compact external dimensions give this truck excellent manoeuvrability in narrow aisles and on mezzanine floors where traditional trucks are too heavy to use. This line of order pickers is ideal for companies that handle light, non-bulky goods, such as 3rd party logistics, mail order, electronics, pharmaceutical and wholesale companies, as well as companies with long transport distances between warehouse and production facilities. Other application areas include hospitals, porter’s offices, airports and staff transport over long distances.
Picking
A unique docking system allows great flexibility as load carriers can easily be adapted to the conditions and requirements at hand. Several different load carrier types can be used with a single order picker, so one picker can perform a variety of jobs during a working day. Easy connection and disconnection of load carriers and short distance between the order picker and load carrier offers ergonomic and time benefits during picking. Picking behind the driver makes picking distances even shorter.
Floor requirements
No formal requirements,
except that the floor should be even. Picking truck 610 is suitable for mezzanine
floors because of its low wheel pressure.
